Henry is the Managing Director of the company. He has over 25 years experience in the Engineering and Construction sub-sector. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a Master in Engineering Management (MEM) both from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He Obtained an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria and is an alumnus of the institution.

He is presently a Ph.D candidate in the Rivers State University and is researching on Engineering Management. He has also attended courses within and outside the country. Some of the certificates he obtained include:

He has an effective planning and organizational skill, ability to work well both independently and in a team environment. He quickly established rapport with managers and other workers with adequate knowledge of computer.

She is the General Manager of Oceansands Prospecting Nigeria Limited, with a diverse background in Management, Business Development, Procurement and Consulting. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education Management and a Master’s degree in Educational Management from the Rivers State University, Port Harcourt.

With over 10years experience in the oil and gas industry, she brings a wealth of expertise in organizational efficiency, process improvement and business innovation.

She has attended numerous oil and gas industry workshops and holds several professional certifications in HSE level 1-3 from the Onshore and Offshore Safety Institute of Nigeria, Nigeria Oil and Gas Content Master class series from the Nigeria local content board, Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management, from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria, a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria.

Beyond her professional achievements, she is known to possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, integrity, dedication to excellence, and contributing to organizational success.

He is the Admin Manager of Oceansands Prospecting Nigeria Limited, he is been an efficiency expert with over 13years of experience in Oil and Gas sector and possesses a Bachelor Degree in Marketing in the Rivers State University, Port Harcourt.

His journey in the sector has seen him gather extensive experience leading his team to deliver timely in the areas of Construction of Roads, Laying of Pipeline, Pipe Coatings and Painting, Supply of Marine Equipment, Oil Tools, Valves and Flanges, Manpower supply, etc.

Sam-Epelle Idawarifagha joined Oceansands Prospecting Nigeria Limited as the Business Development Manager in May 2023. He has over 15 years post university experience which span across Oil & Gas and marine industry.

Prior to joining Oceansands Prospecting, Sam Epelle worked with Kemtech Engineering Services where he rose to the position of the General Manager. In this position, he was responsible for all the venture start-ups, he managed the satellite field development project (OYOT PHASE 1 and PHASE 2), He ran the ERHA FPSO Project on crane maintenance and operations offshore. He also was in charge of QUPD Project (Access Control). He was involved in delivery integration, cost management and leadership underpinned with effective stake holder management. He also has an extensive marketing experience with strategy development and planning.

He was trained in the UAE By Minasota Minning Manufacturers (3M) on marketing and handling of abrasives. He was also trained by Dormanlong FZECO also in UAE. He is also an internal auditor. he is in charge of business development, procurement and other related activities which includes actively supporting delivery of the company’s strategic objectives.

Sam-Epelle Idawarifagha attended the Nigeria Institute of Shipping where he studied shipping and management. He is married with children and enjoys watching football.

HENRY ORHOJOMA is the project manager of Oceansands Prospecting Nigeria Limited, He holds B.sc Physics and Electronics, AAS Electrical and Instrumentation from Cleveland Institute of Electronics Ohio, USA. PGD Electrical Electronics Magnus Global Institute, India. ATEX, IEcec certified Professional with wide range of other professional certifications.

A versatile and mature Instrumentation & Control Systems Engineer with over (15) years experience in the Oil & Gas industry, Onshore and off shores. Have developed multidisciplinary skills in the following: Conceptual, Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed engineering design, Inspection and Technical Integrity Verification and Construction. Enjoys identifying new opportunities and submitting these to the customer for their endorsement.

Has Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary/multicultural environment and also have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

A highly skilled and detail-oriented accountant with over 7 years of comprehensive experience in auditing and financial management. Throughout his career, he has successfully provided accounting and auditing services across major diverse industries, including Oil & Gas, manufacturing, finance, and retail, which has allowed him to develop a well-rounded expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.

With a strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, and internal controls, he has developed a deep understanding of accounting principles and the nuances of various industry regulations.

Ossai Christian Enumah joined Oceansands Prospecting Nigeria Limited as the Head, Finance in June 2024. He has over 20 years’ experience, which spans in Oil & Gas, Insurance, Construction, Clearing and forwarding and Hospitality industry.

Prior to joining Oceansands Prospecting Nigeria Limited, Christian worked with Global Lifting Services Nigeria Limited, Primeport Logistics Limited and Genesis Foods Nigeria Limited where he rose to the position of Financial Controller. In this position, he was responsible for the institution of efficient risk-based financial control framework; value co-creation; finance management; delivery integration; audits, financial controls, cost management & leadership underpinned with effective stakeholder management. He also has extensive financial reporting experience with expertise in financial management and controls, strategy development & planning, strategic cost leadership and treasury management.

In his current role as Head, Finance, he oversees the Finance functions and activities which include actively supporting the delivery of the Company’s financial strategic objectives, corporate financial management and reporting, internal control and audit, Tax management and Treasury management.

Christian attended Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti, where he studied Accountancy and graduated in 1998. He holds a Post graduate diploma in Accountancy and also a Master degree in Accountancy from Rivers State University. He is an Associate, of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Christian is married with children, and enjoys reading and watching football.
